German Nagoya Protocol HuB in the media
Website launch makes a splash!
In January 2021, the German Nagoya Protocol HuB project partners Leibniz Institute DSMZ – German Collection of Microorganisms and Cell Cultures and the German Life Sciences Association made a joint press release in both English and German about the project and the launch of the new website.
Support for the legally compliant use of biological resources
It’s important for the German research community to know that help is available with understanding Nagoya Protocol compliance.
Organizations across Germany are helping to spread the word. The Leibniz Association and our funding agency, the German Federal Agency for Nature Conservation, marked the press release on their own websites. It was also shared on a number of other platforms, including idw, “gabot.de”, DEGA Gartenbau, “juraforum.de” and the German Society for Hygiene and Microbiology. We even got a mention in Braunschweig’s local magazine “City Life!”.
