Poster challenge

Raising awareness about Nagoya Protocol compliance and the German Nagoya Protocol HuB

Take part in our poster challenge!

We have posters and flyers to share!

Unfortunately, due to the ongoing pandemic, we can’t distribute them at scientific conferences or meetings as we originally planned so we are sending them to the German research community. The members of the German Nagoya Protocol HuB (GNP HuB) Network have already received over 1000 flyers and a large number of posters.

Would you like to have GNP HuB posters and flyers for your institution? You can check them out in our library.

If you are based at a German university or academic research institute and would like some flyers and posters, just contact us and we’ll post them to you (for free).

Take part in our poster challenge!

We need your help to raise awareness about Nagoya Protocol compliance and the GNP HuB. You can do this by taking part in our poster challenge – it’s starting now.

Hang up our posters  at your institution where people can see them!

If people can see the poster, you are helping to raise awareness about compliance and the project at the same time.

All you need to do to participate in the poster challenge is  hang up the poster, take a picture and send it to us.

Some of poster challenge photos will also be used for news posts like this and on our Twitter account. In that way, we can spread the word to the wider research community in Germany (we’ll only do this with your permission, of course).

There are prizes to win!

Enter the GNP HuB poster challenge in one (or more) of four different categories:

  • Best location
  • Best selfie
  • Most artistic photo
  • Funniest photo

The winners of each category we will be announced at the regular meeting of the GNP HuB Network (Stammtisch) in June.

There are yummy prizes to win.

And practical prizes…who doesn’t need a beer coaster?

You can find more information about the poster challenge here.

How to enter?

It’s easy! Just send us your photo/s of the poster (multiple entries are possible in different categories), let us know if we can use the photos on the website or Twitter, and attach a signed copy of the Data Protection Agreement for any photos containing people. Of course you can also post the photos directly to Twitter using the hashtag #GermanNagoyaHuB.

All entries must be received by 31 May 2021.

Look how great these posters look on the wall at this “undisclosed location”. We are looking forward to receiving your entries!
